Our Commitment

Qibblo, operated at qibblo.com, responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law. This policy describes how to submit a takedown notice, how to submit a counter-notice, and how we handle repeat infringers.

If you are a User, remember that you may only post Content you own or have permission to use. Uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright violates our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

02

Reporting Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on Qibblo without authorization, you (the copyright owner, or someone authorized to act on their behalf) may send us a written notice. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — such as the URL or a direct link to the Qib, comment, or media.
  4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Tip: An incomplete notice may delay our response. Please include every element above so we can act quickly.
03

Designated Agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our Designated Agent:

Qibblo — DMCA Designated Agent Email: copyright@qibblo.com
Attn: [Designated Agent name]
Mailing address: [Mailing address]

Email is the fastest way to reach us. Please use it for both notices and counter-notices.

04

After We Receive a Notice

When we receive a valid notice, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice;
  • notify the User who posted the material that it has been removed;
  • forward a copy of the notice, including your contact details, to that User; and
  • record the notice as part of our repeat-infringer tracking.

If we forward your notice to the User, they may submit a counter-notice as described below. We may, at our discretion, take additional steps consistent with the law and our policies.

05

Counter-Notification

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. To be effective, it must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Qibblo may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
What happens next: If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to keep it down.
06

Repeat Infringers

Qibblo maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the Accounts of Users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

We track valid infringement notices against Accounts, and Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have features restricted or their Accounts permanently terminated. We may also take action for a single case of severe or willful infringement.

07

False Claims

Be truthful. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed or disabled by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Do not make false or bad-faith claims. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, or whether your own use is protected (for example, by fair use), consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.

08

Trademark & Other Intellectual Property

This policy covers copyright. If you believe your trademark or other intellectual property rights are being infringed on Qibblo, contact us at legal@qibblo.com with details of the rights involved and the material at issue, and we will review your report.

09

Changes & Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in-product.
